Todd Zullinger 4971df866e fix git bisect with annotaged tags ... As git bisect was migrated from shell to C, the bisect_state conversion lost the ability to handle annotated tags. This was not intentional. It is fixed in upstream commit 7730f85594 (bisect: peel annotated tags to commits, 2021-03-16).
