Yaakov Selkowitz 4f470a9f50 Fix LD_LIBRARY_PATH in %check 
gettext-0.22 dropped the second copy of libintl in gettext-tools, and
now relies on the copy in gettext-runtime.  These are used for the
tests, without which a number will fail.
