The GNU version of the awk text processing utility

David Kaspar [Dee'Kej] c305f0f388 STAGE1-gawk removed from dist-git ... This file, which was supposed to be describing how to boostrap the gawk package (in case you do not have gawk on your system and you need to compile it). However, I guess only author was able to follow those instructions. I'm deleting this file, because I'd rather have no tutorial at all than some misleading instructions.
