Subject: [PATCH] Pass FUSE_PARALLEL_DIROPS to kernel (#861)

This tells the kernel that parallel lookup/readdir operations are

|
|
supported. This is enabled by default but was not passed to the kernel
|
||
|
|
so you always get the synchronized version.
