2fbf31fadd Update to 2.1.0 
The 2.0.0 stable version was finally published before some time and
contains many bug and security fixes. Also, the first minor stable
release 2.1.0 has been released recently. Upstream promised that will
support the stable release at least for two years and will make minor
releases regularly. So let's update to 2.1.0 and use the traditional
versioning scheme in hope that we will update the package just with
official releases...

98e7e5d51d Update to 2.0.0-rc4 
Update to the latest release candidate. This is needed to fix Vinagre and
GNOME Boxes and apart from that, it contains many bug and security fixes.

289a88aeb3 Add missing ldconfig for libwinpr 
- Based on patch from Simone Caronni:
- Update to the latest beta 1 refresh (1.1.0-beta+2013071101).
- Remove obsolete defattr, Group and BuildRoot RPM tags for Fedora / RHEL 6+.
- Move license file and documentation to libwinpr subpackage so any combination
  of installed packages result in the LICENSE file available.
