Disable bad-funcs test in rpminspect

This is needed to suppress rpminspect errors caused by gethostbyaddr,
gethostbyname, inet_addr and inet_ntoa function. Those functions are part
of the source codes for years, but they are not actually used.

Resolves: #1988443
