Kalev Lember b20ced5b66 Add missing requires on python3-setuptools 
/usr/bin/ttx (and other tools that fonttools installs in /usr/bin) do
"from pkg_resources import load_entry_point" which is from setuptools.

This fixes sazanami-fonts FTBFS.
