BuildRequires xprop not xorg-x11-server-utils

... though that's still really very silly, it's a configure-time check
for whether the server has a SERVER_OVERLAY_VISUALS property, which
XFree86-derived servers have never done, so this is all a complicated
way of saying "if false". Whatever.
