- Evolution Express supercedes Anjal.

Browse Source 
- No need to undefine GNOME_DISABLE_DEPRECATED.
- Remove nntp_support flag; that got moved to E-D-S ages ago.
- Remove exchange_support flag; it's all in evolution-exchange now.
