2715f7ef90 Comment out ImageMagick-devel buildrequires, with a note 
emacs does not work with ImageMagick 7 at all. The support is
just disabled when emacs is built against ImageMagick 7. So add
a note to this effect and disable the BuildRequires.

emacsclient.desktop listed among other desktop applications is highly
confusing. It doesn't start a new emacs instance as other desktop files.
