- upstream fixes 1.1589, 1.1590 and 1.1591:
- add include of stdlib.h to fix a core dump bug on IA64
- ignore environment variables in blkid and ext2fs for setuid and setguid
  programs
- no LOW_DTIME checks if the superblock last mount time looks insane
