Initramfs generator using udev

Javier Martinez Canillas ef023bc9c6 Allow generating initramfs images on the /boot directory ... The dracut kernel-install scripts should be useful also for setups that are not following the BootLoaderSpec. So if the destination directory for the BLS kernel and initramfs doesn't exist, fallback to install the initramfs images in /boot.
