+`CONFIG_MICROCODE_AMD` and `CONFIG_MICROCODE_INTEL` are hidden since
+https://lore.kernel.org/all/20230810160805.081212701@linutronix.de/, therefore
+this check is wrong and early microcode is always disabled.
