Mathieu Bridon ed509445c5 Split the libs into their own subpackage Some applications, like GNOME Builder, require the devhelp libs. This allows installing them without dragging in the Devhelp app as a dependency. Some applications, like GNOME Builder, require the devhelp libs.

This allows installing them without dragging in the Devhelp app as a
