Subject: [PATCH] ftp: CURLOPT_FTP_SKIP_PASV_IP by default

The command line tool also independently sets --ftp-skip-pasv-ip by
|
||
|
default.
|
||
|
|
||
|
Ten test cases updated to adapt the modified --libcurl output.
