081f3eb705 - Fixed the dnssd backend so that it only reports devices once avahi 
resolution has completed. This makes it report Device IDs (bug

46a13bf675 - Use 'exec' to invoke ghostscript in the pstoraster filter. This allows 
the SIGTERM signal to reach the correct process, as well as conserving
