9b79825f32 recommend nss-mdns for Fedora to have a working default for now 
Recommending nss-mdns will create a working default and it will not hardwire nss-mdns
for users which want to use Avahi+resolved instead of Avahi+nss-mdns

b96b449a51 remove cups-dymo-deviceid.patch 
The patch is no longer needed, the correct driver is now set in preferreddrivers.xml in system-config-printer. It makes gnome-control-center to install the print queue with this chosen driver.

2dd8422034 Remove logrotate settings and related patches 
The default logging is now set to journal. If user especially wants logging into a file, cupsd has its own, though with several issues, logrotating.
