simplify/generalize 256 color TERM identifiers

Use globbing newly supported in coreutil 8.25
to reduce the number of entries and also support
other entries like the various screen TERMS at:
http://invisible-island.net/ncurses/terminfo.ti.html#tic-screen-256color
