Clemens Lang 4226e5c221 Replace expired certificates to fix build failure 
Some of the certificates used by tests expired in May 2023. This causes
the build to fail, because it runs the tests. Replace the certificates
and update the script that generated them by backporting a patch from
upstream.

Resolves: RHEL-1917
