cifs-utils: add latest cifs-upcall cleanup patches
Add a number of cleanup patches to make cifs.upcall more efficient. Note that these do have the potential to break some configurations if they depend on the directory-scanning behavior of the original patches, but hopefully no one is actually relying on that.
