The previous BCC was mistakenly not built against LLVM 16, so we need to rebuild bpftrace against the latest one, after the issue was fixed. Resolves: rhbz#2192950

BPFtrace is a high-level tracing language for Linux enhanced Berkeley Packet

Filter (eBPF) available in recent Linux kernels (4.x). BPFtrace uses LLVM as a
