Exclude the biolatency-kp.bt tool
The tool attaches to kprobes (__)?blk_account_io_(start|done) neither of which exists in RHEL 9. In addition, the biolatency.bt tool does the same thing (just with tracepoints introduced for that purpose) so it is perfectly fine if we exclude it. Signed-off-by: Viktor Malik <vmalik@redhat.com>
