Unbreak tests/Sanity/rebuild-coreutils

Browse Source 
Work around #1960792 (a coreutils bug). While the systems running
Fedora CI are still affected, the fix is already in the update
repos. Using "dnf update coreutils" should be enough to make our
test pass.
