Fedor Vorobev	fb2d5802b1	Include stale CNAME chain backports from v9.18 ... It appears that the issues reported in RHEL-142289 and RHEL-86172 were introduced in bind somewhere between v9.16.23 and v9.16.50. Backport fixes for those, otherwise we'll get a regression.
