Freeipa tests were wrong and matched elsewhere

OpenQA tests are already started for critpath components. Freeipa
results are checked by Fedora critpath checks, it does not need to be in
gating.yaml.

roles/openshift-apps/greenwave/templates/fedora.yaml for details.
