d98c1bccc5 - 3.1. 
- No longer need ia64, utf8, multibyteifs, jobs, sigpipe, read-e-segfault,
    manpage, crash, pwd, afs, subshell patches.
- Remove wrap patch for now.
- Use upstream patch to fix arrays.
