Yaakov Selkowitz d818be73a0 Avoid libfaketime and python-freezegun deps in RHEL builds ... Both test dependencies, like pytz, are unwanted in RHEL. With TZ=UTC in %check, faketime (which was used to avoid failures in EDT) is no longer needed at all.		2023-06-06 18:17:44 -04:00
