063874eed1 BR: add perl-Thread-Queue 
One version of automake I build regularly for SCLs is run without
'automake' in BuildRequires (autoreconf is not needed), so the
perl-Thread-Queue is not installed into buildroot .. Adding the
requirement explicitly rather to avoid another FTBFS diagnostic
round.

694b23f45e spec: use %configure macro instead of ./configure 
That is allowed now because the %_configure_gnuconfig_hack is
available in redhat-rpm-config - that way we may disable replacing
of gnuconfig files (desired for automake).

0ea0e93b0e spec: do not run autoreconf with '--force' option 
Running in --force mode is not necessary and it may complicate building of
automake in case that e.g. the automake 1.12 is installed on the system
(e.g. the packaged up2date config.sub from tarball is then replaced by the
older system installed /usr/share/automake-1.12/config.sub).
