Frédéric Bérat 866c47f6db Add support for autoconf-latest
The spec file is modified to support the creation of an autoconf-latest
package, that will pull a versioned autoconf package.
This allows the user to install multiple version of autoconf on the same
system, while not conflicting with the system version.
