Fedora KOJI is configured in a way that ignores weak dependencies. The 'Recommends:' in this packages are meant to allow potential outside consumer to not be blocked by them in special cases. However the main consumer - Fedora KOJI - won't work with them. Fixing so they work well for their main (and the only intended?) consumer - Fedora KOJI. |
