Al Stone fc3eef63e8 Update to 20220331 upstream sources
This includes new source tarballs, updated patches, and updated
expected results for test cases.  In addition, three new tables
(PRMT, RGRT and SVKL) now have big-endian support.

Subject: [PATCH 03/45] Always display table header content in human-readable
form
When comparing two binary data tables, little-endian values are read
from each table header and printed out. Make sure they show up in a
form that makes sense to humans.
