Subject: [PATCH] Adjust forward delcaration of float/double Malloc/Calloc

The argument was changed in slu_sdefs.h / slu_ddefs.h and

|
|
remained in slu_cdefs.h / slu_zdefs.h. This leads to
|
||
|
|
incompatible declarations.
