Switch to new libdnf based backend
...
This also switches to use a bundled libdnf while the API stabilizes,
similar to how rpm-ostree is handling the libdnf dependency.

- systemd-updates: Don't show 'Update process 99% complete'
- The GStreamer provide name is gstreamer1() not gstreamer1.0()
- Use /dev/tty or /dev/console where available
