53a1f19a7e Drop unused comps-extras requires 
The dnf backend doesn't implement comps support so there's no reason to
pull in a package that ships icons for comps.

If a PackageKit frontend needs comps-extras, we need to make sure to
correctly list the dep there.

8631a4dc21 Backport several more fixes from master for libdnf compat 
This should fix several bugs, including hopefully the 'runaway'
bug recently discussed on test@ list (I'm hoping this is fixed
by the 'Adapt for DnfAdvisory changes' patch).

443c9310d9 Create /var/cache/app-info/{icons,xmls} directories 
Ensure that the directories are tracked in the rpm so that they get
created during package install and removed when the package gets
uninstalled -- packagekit installs downloaded appstream data in there.

0b7f66096e Switch to new libdnf based backend 
This also switches to use a bundled libdnf while the API stabilizes,
similar to how rpm-ostree is handling the libdnf dependency.
