1e9032580b Update to latest libdnf git snapshot 
This fixes an issue with PackageKit crashing on startup when
subscription-manager is installed.

0b7f66096e Switch to new libdnf based backend 
This also switches to use a bundled libdnf while the API stabilizes,
similar to how rpm-ostree is handling the libdnf dependency.

dc80180202 Drop unused directories in /var/cache/PackageKit/ 
Metadata now goes in version specific directories and unversioned
downloads/ and metadata/ are no longer used.
