8dada2e58b Don't restart PackageKit after updating itself 
If PackageKit is currently updating packages, killing the update process
causes the whole transaction to fail.

4096c30a9b Remove the internal requires of PackageKit-backend 
This was used to ensure at least one backend was installed, but with yum removed
and hawkey now built in it's not required.

0a652aa594 Replace the PackageKit dependency in PackageKit-backend-devel 
with a dep on PackageKit-glib-devel (which it needs for its
  packagekit-plugin.pc file) to stop the multiarch composer from
  pulling in conflicting PackgeKit packages. (#972571)
- Add %{?_isa} to dbus-devel and sqlite-devel deps.
- Fix group tag for -docs subpackage.
- Drop base package dep in -docs subpackage.
