Subject: [PATCH] [cleaner] Use "hostname -f" in HostnamePrepper

HostnamePrepper should always be fed by FQDN to ensure domain names are

recognized properly.

This is important esp. when:

- /etc/hosts is empty
|
||||
- "hostname" contains shortname only
|
||||
- "hostname -f" contains FQDN
|
||||
|
