- update from CVS
- reread resolv.conf for nscd --invalidate=hosts
- fix F_GETLK/F_SETLK/F_SETLKW constants on x86_64 for
-m32 -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 compilations
- avoid calling non-existing fcntl64 syscall on ppc64
