Strip mock/ prefix from diff paths (patches were generated from the
upstream monorepo root). Remove mock-core-configs hunks from patch
1000 as that is a separate package.
Add two patches for mock:
- 1000: OCI platform support for x86_64 sub-architecture containers
- 1001: cache_key option for yum_cache plugin shared package cache
