Drop checks for git and cvs
This essentially forces everyone to install cvs even though they most likely don't need it. There is no easy way to check what is actually going to be needed, so let's just put the responsibility of decoding a potential error message to users. Signed-off-by: Lubomír Sedlář <lsedlar@redhat.com>
