Alexander Todorov 29cfda8eae [tests] Collect compose logs after each build 
- save compose logs under /var/log/$TEST
- save qemu logs under /var/log/$TEST/qemu.log
- download everything to $TEST_ATTACHMENTS so it can be saved
  in CI results
