9da9bf954d Update lmc docs for new mock 
As of mock 1.2.12 you no longer need to bind mount /dev/ to get access
to the loop devices.

f40dadf9be Added Sphinx Documentation 
Run 'make docs' to update the apidocs.

Also moves the README.livemedia-creator and README.product into docs
as ReST documents. They will be installed in /usr/share/doc/lorax/
by the rpm package.
