image-minimizer: Fix utf8 error and add docs
...
rpm returns a header that is a string, no need to call decode() on it.
Also added documentation and a manpage for image-minimizer

Added Sphinx Documentation
...
Run 'make docs' to update the apidocs.
Also moves the README.livemedia-creator and README.product into docs
as ReST documents. They will be installed in /usr/share/doc/lorax/
by the rpm package.
