rsyslog.conf: hardcode hostname for virtio forwarding (#744544)

Patch by Ales Kozumplik <akozumpl@redhat.com>

The value syslogd provides at this early point when kickstart starts is
"(none)". This makes the receiving syslog unable to parse the incoming
messages.
