Neal Gompa bd77efd7eb Refactor packaging to split out system dependencies into subpackages ... The eventual goal is to eliminate the requirement to use magic in build systems (e.g, OBS) to compose the necessary dependencies for image builds, while making it easier for local users to discover what they need to build appliances.
