PyPI is planning to support only .tar.gz in the near future.

Fix #5 : Improve setup.py
...
* setup.py:
- use setuptools always, no need to check for distutils
- include keywords 'include_package_data', 'zip_safe', and 'classifiers'
* setup.cfg:
- add bdist_wheel and sdist section
* Add missing MANIFEST.in (needed for setup.py dist)
* Remove executable bit for LICENSE and README.md
